Costumer's second floor unit was leaking refrigerant. Charged system to get them through for a couple of days. He went ahead and replaced all 3 systems due to age of equipment. He now has equipment that is more efficient and I also fixed some of the issues due to original install.

Yeah, this looks funny, but you wouldn't have to consider it if regular maintenance is done on your a/c unit to keep it ...

Steam piping had a few leaks. Temporarily patched hole. Returned and replaced piping. Also replaced low water control for tank fill.

No heat call. Found that furnace was cutting out on high temperature limit. Found the problem was due to a dirty blower ...

No heat call. Found that furnace was cutting out on high temperature limit. Found the problem was due to a dirty blower wheel. The dirty wheel was not able the move enough air causing it to eventually lock out. Cleaned wheel and furnace is heating fine. Check and change your filters.

Got called out to work on a boiler that was not heating. Found boiler to have several sections on the heat exchanger leaking among other problems. With the damage I could not fire up the boiler even temporarily. During boiler replacement found several problems where caused by improper install of original boiler. Took a little extra time but was able to correct those problems and installed boiler to manufacture specifications.

System Change out. Old system's basement return in basement after filter, coil, motor and outdoor unit had multiple issues. Priced out repairs verses replacement. Customer decided to replace System. In addition to equipment install we installed media filter (in proper location), UV light and humidifier.
