What an insightful few days at OTC Asia 2026 in Kuala Lumpur!

We were proud to showcase the ways that DIALOG is 'Advancing Energy Responsibly' and the valuable opportunity to engage and share insights with peers across the industry.

In January 2025, through our wholly owned subsidiary, DIALOG Equity (Three) Sdn. Bhd., DIALOG entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement with PETRONAS Gas Berhad via PG Cold Energy 1 Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Regas Terminal (Pengerang) Sdn. Bhd.

This strategic partnership will undertake a project to design, build, and lease a Liquefied Natural Gas-driven Air Separation Unit facility. This collaboration highlights our commitment to expanding our midstream capabilities and building strong industry partnerships.

Upstream activities at DIALOG continue to progress well.

Our Baram Junior Cluster Small Field Asset Production Sharing Contract (“SFA PSC”), a joint venture with Petroleum Sarawak, officially commenced development phase in January 2025 after the final investment decision. We've also begun pre-development studies for the RAJA Cluster SFA PSC and Mutiara Cluster SFA PSC.

This increased Upstream involvement opens up new opportunities for us to provide our engineering and specialist technical services across other parts of the field redevelopment value chain.

In February 2026, DIALOG, through its first corporate social responsibility (CSR) collaboration with the Department of Marine Fisheries Sarawak, extended support to 80 fishermen in the Miri fishing community by donating emergency devices, including Personal Locator Beacons (PLB) and GPS navigation units to enhance the safety of fishermen at sea.

The donation presentation ceremony was held today in the presence of Minister of Transport Sarawak, YB Dato Sri Lee Kim Shin, Department of Marine Fisheries Sarawak Director, Mr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Wahab, and Executive Director of DIALOG Group HSE and Director of DIALOG Services (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., Mr. Pau Kiew Huai. Also in attendance were Deputy Minister for Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Sarawak, YB Datuk Sebastian Ting Chiew Yew and Representative of Mayor of Miri, Cr. Rahim bin Hj. Unsang.

At DIALOG, Health, Safety and Environment remain fundamental priorities across our operations. We also recognise that sustainable success is underpinned by our continued support for the communities in which we operate in. Thus, DIALOG aims to promote and safeguard the safety of fishermen at sea through this CSR initiative and providing them PLBs and GPS devices to enable them to navigate safely in their daily activities.
