Founded in 1965 by Fred Conway in the basement of his home, Discount Labels has grown to be America’s leading label supplier, pioneering the ETS phone sticker then creating the largest wholesale label business in the industry. Conway’s business philosophy of treating every customer, as he wanted to be treated coupled with high-quality products and reliable service continues to build lasting business relationships we’ve enjoyed for decades. Today, Discount Labels’ 200,000 square foot facility houses a multitude of presses and has hundreds of employees who focus on delivering consistent results in helping distributors meet their customers’ needs.

For 20 years, Marie has been an integral part of our Marketing team and a true asset to our organization.

From maintaining our sample library and fulfilling sample and catalog requests to coordinating trade shows and keeping our marketing materials organized, Marie plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. Happy 5-Year Anniversary, Colleen!

Colleen came to Discount Labels in 2021 as an electronic art technician. In that role she helps make sure that customer files are ready for press and that the final product meets or even exceeds client expectations. She has also branched out over a fast 5 years and now helps the order processing department when needed. Over the last few months, Colleen has been in the process of acquiring the necessary skillset to set up files in CMYK format.

Colleen enjoys serving alongside her great team of co-workers, interacting with customers, and seeing all the fun and interesting labels that Discount Labels produces for a vast array of customers.

As a member of our Switchboard team, Denise wears many hats—from answering incoming calls and connecting customers with the right department to processing and shipping stamp orders, supporting Marketing projects, and quality checking labels. No matter the task, she's always ready to help.

With nearly 12 years at Discount Labels, Denise has built strong relationships with both customers and coworkers. She loves talking with customers, helping them find what they need, and values the camaraderie she shares with her team.

Angie joined our team in 1996 after moving to the New Albany area and quickly became an important part of our Order Processing Department. Within a year, she transitioned into Electronic Art, where her talent for learning and helping others stood out immediately.

Over the years, Angie became a trusted EA trainer and team lead, helping coworkers grow while supporting accurate, high-quality label production for our distributor partners. Her willingness to answer questions and guide others continues to make a lasting impact across our team.
