A month-long stay has just checked out… and just a few days later we welcomed guests for a 6-week booking 🏡🔑

So inbetween bookings we took a trip to Telford and carried out a full property inspection, because handing over the keys isn’t where our job ends.

Before the next guests arrive, we check everything is in order, including:

🔍 Checking for any damage or maintenance issues
🔥 Testing fire alarms
⚠️ Testing carbon monoxide alarms
💡 Checking lights, sockets and appliances
🚿 Checking bathrooms, taps and plumbing
🛏️ Making sure the beds, linen and furnishings are guest-ready
🧹 Checking the overall cleanliness and presentation
🔑 Making sure everything is working as it should

It’s all about catching the little things before they become bigger problems and making sure every guest walks through the door to a property that’s clean, safe, comfortable and ready for their stay.

One guest checks out, another is already booked in and behind the scenes, there’s a lot that goes into making it seamless.
