Windstream "Kinetic" is experiencing issues all over Delaware County. Spoke with an engineer, they are working to resolve the issue. Issue is landline calls not going through or ringing busy and getting a message " all circuits are busy, please try back later"

Will keep everyone posted when I've been notified that the issue is resolved.
