+The Story of our journey
Through countless conversations, shared experiences and inspired by the other's skill-set and drive, we, Damon Harris and Sequoya Moe-Willis founded Park + Chace. We set out to build a community where we could combine what people thought and how people feel to build stronger businesses. We fell in love with the idea that everyone needs a place to grow personally and professionally. A place that caters to the unique needs of each client. We wanted to create a place where we could use our past experiences of being business owners, a social worker, a non-profit administrator, a Human Rights Committee Chair member, a life coach, a motivational speaker and social entrepreneur to create transformational programming. A place that would focus less on flip charts, meetings, boring workshops, ties, wingtips and focus on building a community of answers. Park + Chace is the vision born from the combination of those wants. It was founded on the idea that everyone needs a place to grow personally and professionally. It's our mission to deliver answers to the hard questions that we all face when working to achieve greater results. It is a location, a destination a community of ambition, hope, purpose, promise and most importantly people who are aspiring to live more.
