NEW YEAR! Let me help you be more comfortable in your own skin and have a lighter perspective (and weight) for 2016. I know how it feels to be overweight and the overwhelming feeling of everyone looking at and judging you. Thanks to Cambridge Weight Plan myself and my husband have gone from size 18 to size 12 (me) and a 46” to a 32” waist (him) and we have never felt better. If you’re looking to lose a few pounds or even a few stone call me to arrange our first meeting and let’s get working together to meet your goal. I will help you through each step of the Cambridge Weight Plan. Appointments are free and flexible. I will weigh and measure you each week so we can keep track of how well you’re doing. You will be able to contact me for support and advice. There are lots of products to choose from so you will never get bored. The only thing you need to decide today Is do I want to make a change?
