Encompass EBM LLC was formed in 2014 by Eric Sharlow and Julia Foy, both life and health insurance brokers in Watertown, NY. While working for Stephen C. Foy, Inc., Eric and Julia realized that many of their clients' HR departments struggled with juggling DOL and ERISA compliance responsibilities and employee benefits management with their other human resources responsibilities - recruiting, hiring, and maintaining a content and well-trained workforce. They created Encompass EBM LLC to assist companies with employee benefits so that owners, managers, and human resources departments can focus on the things they do best. Right now, Encompass EBM LLC offers services in benefits communication, COBRA Administrative, Billing Administration and comprehensive benefit enrollments.
