As of July 1, 2026, Oregon employers should be aware of two important changes:

💲 Oregon minimum wage increased
(rates vary by region)
📍 The new wage applies to hours worked on or after July 1, 2026. Hours worked before July 1 must be paid at the rate that was in effect when the work was performed.

🚗 The standard mileage reimbursement rate increased to $0.76 per mile.
