Writing emails is dead. I just handed my email marketing to Claude.

Email Desk is a new Claude plugin. I installed it live, cold, on camera, and it planned my next month of emails.

If you're like most people, you send one email a week, if that. And it's never planned. I had AI that could write a good email. What I didn't have was someone running the plan: what goes out each day, which offer it pushes, and when. Now Claude does that part.

- Installing Email Desk in Claude Desktop
- The one-time interview: your offers, your list, how often you send, your sending days, your sign-off, your time zone
- Month "packs" you drop in: single offer, course seller, coaching, live workshop, cohort, membership, product ladder, launch
- Planning November live: core offer, free workshop, close, story week
- The strategy calendar: every email for the week and the month, what each one asks for, and the empty slots

Claude drafts every email. Nothing goes out until you say so.
