نفى مكتب رجل الأعمال اليمني ماهر يحيى محمد مطهر الكينعي جملة وتفصيلا ما نشرته وزارة الخزانة الامريكية حول المساعدة في تزويد الحوثيين بالاسلحة والمعدات العسكرية .
نحن شركة عاملة في اليمن ولنا سمعتنا الطيبة في السوق اليمني والأجنبي ولدينا معاملات تجارية ونشاط تجاري وليس لنا اي ارتباط أو علاقة بما نشرتها الخزانة الامريكة وهذا محظ افتراء وتزوير للحقائق وعليه فاننا سنقوم برفع دعوى قضائية لمقاضاة الخزانة لما تسبب لنا من أثر مادي ومعنوي وعليه اطلب من كل الوكالات الإعلامية ورجال المال والأعمال اليمنيين الوقوف بجانبنا كون هذا البيان الصادر من وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية يشكل منعطف خطير على رجال المال والاعمال في بلادنا وعليه سيتم رفع دعوى قضائية لرد الاعتبار لشركتنا ولمديرها والأثر المترتب عليها ماديا ومعنويا.

The office of Yemeni businessman Maher Yahya Muhammad Mutahar Al-Kaini has completely and categorically denied the information published by the U.S. Treasury Department regarding assistance in supplying weapons and military equipment to the Houthis.
We are a company operating in Yemen with a good reputation in the Yemeni and international market, engaging in commercial transactions and activities.
We have no connection or relation to the information published by the U.S. Treasury, which is pure fabrication and falsification of facts. Therefore, we will file a lawsuit to prosecute the Treasury for the material and moral damage it has caused us.
We urge all media agencies and Yemeni businessmen to stand by us, as this statement issued by the U.S. Treasury Department poses a serious turning point for businessmen in our country. Consequently, we will file a lawsuit to restore the company's reputation and address the material and moral damages resulting from this.
