My and Ohna's sincere gratitude to you and Travis for the exceptional workmanship your team recently completed at our property.

In today's market, customer service/care and technical ex*****on are frequently average to poor. Your team broke that mould.

We are pleasantly impressed by the high standards your team maintained from start to finish.

Specifically : punctual arriving at the scheduled time.

Technical expertise: troubleshooting and resolving the electrical issues promptly.

Clear communication: explaining the work in simple terms.

Professional conduct: maintaining a polite, respectful and friendly attitude at all times.

Spotless Clean up: leaving the workplace free of debris.

Thank you for the extra mile you undertook by arranging with the municipal authorities the tracing and repair of our Eskom electricity.

We will highly recommend your services to family, friends and neighbours.

Sincerely,

Allen & Ohna Jeffery
