Purpose of the job is to provide an administrative and support service to the Production supervisor by accurately accounting for production batches and ensuring accurate recording of material usage.

Matric with Mathematics or Accountancy coupled with around 3 years relevant experience in a similar environment. - Ensure correct labelling of bulk to SWI's.
- Report consistent changes to BOM's that are different to SYSPRO.
- Do attendance recording and time sheet capturing.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required by Production supervisor.

You will be required to assist in achieving set targets in an efficient and effective manner on a daily basis. Must reside in, or near Atlantis West Coast Cape Town to be considered

Matric (with Mathematics and Accounting), a tertiary education will be advantageous coupled with around 2 - 3 years relevant experience.

Pastel Evolution experience - advantageous and be generally computer literate at least intermediate level (Windows, MS Word, Excel)
