This Youth Month, we're celebrating a reminder that determination can achieve incredible things.

Congratulations to our very own Nontokozo Dlamini, who recently graduated with a distinction in her Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management while balancing a full-time career, motherhood and family responsibilities.

While her first qualification was driven by a desire to make her family proud, this journey was about becoming the best version of herself. It was an opportunity to challenge herself, embrace personal growth and prove that she could achieve something extraordinary despite the demands of everyday life.

What makes her achievement even more inspiring is that she completed it during one of the busiest seasons of her life. As a new mother, employee, student and family member, she learned first-hand that there is never a perfect time to pursue your goals. Progress happens when you take things one day at a time, remain committed and lean on the support of those around you.

As we celebrate Youth Month, Nonto's story is a powerful reminder that education continues to open doors, create opportunities and change lives. Every qualification earned and every new skill developed is an investment in a brighter future.

We are seeking experienced and qualified Facilitators to join our team for the delivery of the following occupational qualifications:
• Occupational Certificate: Perishable Goods Replenisher (SAQA 118726)
• Occupational Certificate: Retail Chain Store Manager (SAQA 103150)
• Occupational Certificate: Store Person (SAQA 99703)

Minimum Requirements:
✅ Must have W&RSETA scope/registration for the qualification(s) applied for
✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in the retail sector
✅ Strong facilitation, assessment, and learner support skills
✅ Excellent communication and administrative abilities
✅ Willingness to travel, where required

Responsibilities:
✅ Facilitate learning interventions in line with the qualification requirements
✅ Conduct learner support and mentoring activities
✅ Maintain accurate training and attendance records
✅ Ensure compliance with W&RSETA and quality assurance requirements
✅ Participate in moderation and verification processes where required

Taking the spotlight this week are our NQF 2 and 3 Perishable Goods programmes, designed as a stepping stone in your team’s career while strengthening their capability to contribute effectively to your business.

The NQF 2 Perishable Goods Replenisher programme focuses on building the fundamentals, equipping your team to handle stock correctly, maintain cold chain compliance and uphold food safety standards.

The NQF 3 Perishable Goods Department Coordinator programme builds on this by developing supervisory capability, equipping your team to coordinate teams, manage stock flow and improve customer service within the department.
