It's amazing to see how technology continues to shape and change how we do things. It has moved the boundaries of space and time in the workplace. There's no more 8 to 5, and no more office confinement. People can work from anywhere, anytime... This new setup boosts Productivity, because most people have access to work resources online through out the day, from their devices.

This leaves me wondering whether the workforce in different economic sectors is able to meet the demands of the modern workplace environment. What about schools, are the teachers equipped, do they have the right tools? Are they ready to meet the expectations of millennials who are interested in social media sites, games, online content (news, shopping, books, etc). I guess the saying that Rome was not built in one day is true, it will take a concerted effort from each and everyone of us to make the required changes and adjustments.

Here at Productivity Solutions we take pride in what we do... which is to provide ICT resources and training to our customers, be it schools and individuals!
