📍 Cape Town North – Industrial

Are you technically minded, hands-on and passionate about keeping production running at its best? We’re looking for 5 experienced Senior Machine Setters to join our client’s manufacturing team.

What you’ll bring:
✅ A formal technical qualification (essential)
✅ 2–5 years’ experience in machine setting or production
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✅ Experience with machine setups, adjustments and changeovers
✅ FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing experience is advantageous
✅ A strong focus on quality, safety and production efficiency

🌙 Please note: These positions are permanent night shift, with no rotation.

We're looking for someone with:
✔ 2–5 years' supervisory experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
✔ Strong facilities, maintenance and equipment troubleshooting experience

✔ Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
