A skill should keep growing after the lesson ends.

Through its community and development work, Yami Mine Solutions helps create opportunities for people to learn practical skills through meaningful work. That learning can happen while completing everyday tasks, receiving guidance from others and gaining experience as part of a team.

But skills grow stronger with practice. When someone learns to measure materials carefully, use tools safely or keep a work area organised, they can build confidence by practising—and help someone else learn along the way.
