Professional job seeking skills

Basic bookkeeping skills
Learn about: the double entry system, record keeping, handling cheques and online banking, receipts, reading bank statements, reconciliations, reporting, petty cash, etc.

Basic office administration:
The role of a receptionist, telephone etiquette, filing, diary management, handling bookings, minute taking, etc!

Dear Lord,

This daylight, upon waking and getting ready for my day, I pray that you give me strength today, to be strong for You in this world full of temptations.

Lord, You know that there are struggles I will go through today. I pray that you be with me as I go through them. Carry me when I am too weak. If I stumble into temptation, forgive me Father. Lead me away from them, Father. I need Your strength to overcome these evils.

When I triumph against them, I praise you, Father. For without You, I will not be where I am and I will not have the strength I have. Bless my loved ones with the strength You have given me, Lord. You are worthy of all praises and the entire honour in the world. You are my strength and my protection.

Encompass us round about with Your strength and Your might. Let all who take refuge in You be glad, let them ever sing for joy. And may You shelter us, that those who love Your name may exult in You. For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O LORD, You surround him favour as with a shield.

Dear Lord:

I ask you to always help me see the good in other people, and not to lay prejudice in front of my eyes Lord.

Help me to avoid seeing only the flaws of those around me including myself, so that I may also see my own potential especially in relation to how I can serve you better. Show me how I may continue to be a better servant, to appreciate all that you create no matter where.

Give me the strength today to have peace within your light, to conquer all that seems stressful in my life, and to give my family continued love and support.

I have a need to trust you completely. I do not want to be a person who simply says 'I trust God' but I want to believe in you, to place all my hopes in you, and a trust that brings me a peace like no other ever experienced on this earth.

I need to find my strength in you, Lord, for it is this strength that will protect me from sin and from those who try to lead me astray with worldly possessions.

Thank you for listening Lord and for being there to share your righteousness and glory for all.
