I am a black young female SouthAfrican in a male dominated industry which is Construction. I'm a owner and founder of Lathitha Construction and Project which is 100 % black owned.
I want to change the narrative and show generations out there that Black Child is it possible if you work hard and put you mind to it ,just focus and never giver up on your dream.
Being in a male dominated industry you come across so many challenges as it's not easy for people to believe in your work simple because you a woman.
Winning will help my company in terms of growing and recognition. It will help me in marketing my business and easier way for reaching my clients using the tools l have won if lm choosen.
THE ULTIMATE SIDE HUSTLE PACK will help me a lot in growing and expanding my business. With growth of my business l will be able to employ more youth in our communities as we have a lot of unemployed youth so creating jobs in our country is an idea and giving back to our communities.
I strive to challenge myself and show off my work and skills .
