Tyd vir die Ruff Cut

So paar fotos, Besig met eerste Ruff Cut. Ek speel met Pine, behoort 'n cut to size te kan doen in 8 uur.

Tested today. the ball screw needs 164 rotations to go from left to right, and the gear ratio is 3 to 1. in short the sample and new stock will rotate 3 times for every one rotation of the ball screw and the cutter moves 5 mm per one rotation. i am happy

Hierdie week is dit tyd vir die reader en carver om gekoppel te word, Die 2 sliders in op hulle plek en die ball screw sal ook sy plek kry. Die ketting wat alles saam laat draai met 18 tand ratte en 42 tand is reeds hier.

Ek wag nog vir 'n paar parte wat gedraai moet word.

As alles in plek is sal ek teen 15 April 2016 die demo video pos.

Maart 2016 is ons groot maand. Ons nuwe semy automated gunstock duplicater behoort teen 26 Maart 2016 beskikbaar te wees vir die SA mark @ R 21,500.00 laat weet as jy belangstel of op die wag lys wil kom.

Die prys verhooging is agv die R/$ parte wat ons inbring. Het gehoop ons kan die prys onder Die R19,000 hou maar dit is nie moontlik nie.
