We offer vital resources such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Social Work Supervision along with essential administrative and strategic functions. Lots of individuals and groups are eager to impact the lives of those who suffer from abuse, poverty and other social problems. Initially they register charity organisations with all good intentions, but soon become entangled and overloade
d with its loads of administrative responsibilities. Often members of these organisations are oblivious to government’s expectations and how to comply with its sets of norms and standards. In most cases, these organisations need professional guidance to address these challenges effectively. During our years of working in the NGO sector, we have identified several challenges many organisations face, which in return, inspired us to start this consulting company:
a. There are lots of people and groups that would like to start an NGO to make a difference in society but they need guidance to get them started and on the go. Many NGO’s don’t know what steps to follow to get government subsidy. There are struggling NGO’s that lack principle of good corporate governance, thus running the risk of losing their subsidies and to be closed down. Sometimes NGO’s need professional assistance to improve their performance in order to function more effectively. Currently, the available services for NGO’s are fragmented. This means they have to make use of various service providers to comply with their administrative needs. In this regard, we have identified the need to have a one-stop service centre for NGO’s available where they could get access to all of their (i) administrative, (ii) HR, and (iii) IR needs.
