This is our Story

Novum initum HR Pty Ltd was incorporated on 16 January 2016, after months of planning... Starting a business as an independent consultant, being formally employed for 10+ years, were at times over-whelming and stressful but nonetheless adventurous and rewarding.

Taking a leap of faith, working hours on end to make a success... With lots of hard work, cups of coffee, no holidays and motivation from support structures we are finally at a stage where we can sit back and look at what we’ve accomplished thus far. With more projects and even more work to be done in 2019 - we are now in the process of establishing a training facility specifically aimed at Management and Leadership Skills and Middle and Junior Management / Supervisor Training.

We may even add a Post Matric Starter Pack Training Module to equip Grade 12’s with the necessary and much needed skills to survive writing that 1st CV, the 1st ‘scary and overwhelming’ interview and How to Deal with Workplace Issues as a ‘newbie’ and much more...

The Team is successfully lead by Chantell Gericke - not only does she have 13+ years HR experience in various industries, but also equipped with qualifications ranging from certificates in Behavioural Assessment Facilitation, Coaching, Skills Development Facilitation, BCom HR Management Degree and a BCom Hons Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
