✅ Strong computer & tech literacy (non-negotiable)
✅ Own reliable transport + valid driver's licence
✅ Sales and/or marketing instinct
✅ Client-facing confidence — schools, businesses, institutions
✅ Basic troubleshooting & IT support ability
✅ Self-motivated — you don't need hand-holding
✅ Hunger to be part of something BIG from Day 1
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ A mindset that says "I build things, I don't just work things"
