Looking for a gift? Feeling stressed?

We have some beautiful finger labyrinths in the shop.

BENEFITS OF LABYRINTHS

A labyrinth is used for walking meditation. It is a single winding path from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the center. Labyrinths are used world-wide as a way to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, recover balance in life, enhance creativity and encourage meditation, insight, self-reflection and stress reduction.

A hand/finger labyrinth offers the following

Finger Labyrinths Aid Mental Focus:

Finger labyrinths provide a similar level of mental focus when compared to a walking labyrinth for many individuals. Several factors contribute to this:

You are always the only one on the path.
You can choose the location that best suits your needs.
Weather, distance/transportation, time of day are not an issue.
Perfect for people with mobility limitations.

Why not consider a finger labyrinth as an additional resource for meditation and stress management?
