Our Client, a leader in the Retail industry, is looking for an experienced Back Office Agent to join their fast-paced operations team in Cape Town.
This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, including order management, route planning, driver support, and maintaining on-time deliveries. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to support efficiency, service quality, and SLA performance.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Manage and assign orders within SLA.
Plan and optimise delivery routes.
Monitor deliveries and handle exceptions in real time.
Support and communicate with drivers.
Complete daily operational reports.

✅ Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12).
At least one year of experience in route planning (Logistics and or Courier preferred).
Strong admin, communication & problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail.
