Remember Tshego? 👩🏽‍🍳✨

Just a few weeks ago, she visited the Academy to submit her completed logbook after 6 months of training.

Tshego has officially signed her employment contract and is now joining the Southern Sun Group, one of South Africa's largest and most respected hotel groups.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Seeing our students transition from training to meaningful employment is the greatest reward.

Look who's back🥳🥳🥳

Tshego was placed in Durban for her workplace training, and today she came back to submit her logbook.

She shared memories of when she was still at the Academy—moments when she doubted herself and questioned whether she would be able to cope in the hospitality industry. As she reflected on her journey, tears filled her eyes as she expressed how grateful she was that we believed in her, even when she struggled to believe in herself.

Today, she has successfully completed her workplace training and is heading back.
