PEPPERMINT CRISP DESSERT

INGREDIENTS:-

3 peppermint crisp chocolate
1 can of caramel treat
1packet of tennis biscuits
500ml of fresh cream

INSTRUCTIONS:-

1.Place the tennis biscuits in rows at the bottom of a dish
2.Place the caramel in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
3.In a separate bowl ,whisk the cream until thick.
4.Add whipped cream and 1 grated peppermint chocolate to the caramel mixture and mix.
5.Spread the mixture over the tennis biscuits
6.Keep layering until the dish is full.
7.Sprinkle grated peppermint chocolate over the top and put it in the fridge for 2 hours until set..

Lemon Condensed Milk Tart

Filling:
2 Tins Condensed Milk
Cup of pure lemon juice

Base
2 packets Tennis Biscuits for base
4-5 table spoons butter

Directions:
Pour Condensed Milk into large mixing bowl along with lemon juice. Mix until thick, that you can draw a line in the mixture with spoon.
Crush tennis biscuits in mixing bowl. Melt butter in microwave for 2 minutes or until melted completely, pour into tennis biscuits and mix together.
Put biscuits into oven safe tart dish, and bake at 200 degrees. The tennis biscuits don't have to be hard, bake for about 10 minutes and be left to cool afterwards.
Pour condensed milk mixture in tart dish, and even out. Add chocolate or topping of your choice to complete the tart. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until serving.

EASY GUAVA FRIDGE TART
Ingredients
1 tin guava halves in syrup
1 tin chilled Ideal milk
1 box strawberry jelly powder, cherry or raspberry
1-2 packets of tennis biscuits

Separate Guavas from syrup but keep syrup.
Liquadise guava halves and strain pips if you wish.
Add the Jelly Powder directly to the guava syrup and microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds or until the sugar of the Jelly powder has dissolved. Allow to cool.

Beat the chilled Ideal milk until thick and creamy. Add the Jelly syrup and the guava puree and mix well.

Line a dish with your biscuits, making sure it covers all of the bottom of the dish and the sides.

Pour the liquid mixture over the biscuits and set in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Method
Mix all ingredients together
Knead and divide into small round balls
Roll into small circles
Put dough in a moderate heated pan
Cover with a plastic to keep warm and soft
Put filling and seal.edges with a tooth pick
Filling
Shredded chicken
Lettuce onion grated carrot and mayonnaise
Mix together and add black or white pepper

Trippel melktert genot:

2 pakkies tennis beskuitjies
1 Liter Melk
¼ kop suiker
1 Eier
1 Blikkie Kondensmelk
1 Hoogvol eetlepel vla-poeier
2 Eetl Mielieblom (maizena)
Sout
METODE:
Maak pasta van die vla, mielieblom, suiker en eier
Verhit die melk & Kondensmelk tot kookpunt
Voeg die vla pasta by met 'n dun straaltjie terwyl jy aanhoudend roer en kook net 'n rukkie oor lae hitte tot gaar en dik.
Gooi die helfte vd beslag oor die kors, pak nog 'n laag beskuitjies en gooi die ander helfte oor
Strooi bietjie kaneel en gekrummelde Tennis beskuitjies bo-oor en laat heeltemal afkoel en stol.

BREAD BUNS RECIPE

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️Flour - 1kg
◾️Egg Yolk - 1
◾️Salt - ½ tsp
◾️Butter - 1tbsp
◾️Milk flavour - 2tbs
◾️Yeast - 2tbs
◾️Groundnut oil - 1tbsp
◾️Sugar - 200g

🌟 PROCEDURE

◾️Mix the butter, flour, salt, milk flavour and yeast together.

◾️Get another plate and add your egg york and add little water.

◾️Add it to the mix flour and mix everything together untill its soft

◾️Roll it like a ball and allow it to rise for 30-45mins.

◾️Bake at 180°c and check it regularly untill it like this 👇👇

Vanilla cookies are a classic dessert that are easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. This recipe for vanilla cookies is soft and chewy, with a simple but delicious flavor.

Ingredients:

150g of sugar
250 g of wheat flour
150g butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 small tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation:

1. Mix the sugar and butter in a bowl, using a wooden paddle or with an electric mixer.

2. Add the egg and vanilla to the mixture. Continue beating until a smooth, lump-free liquid mixture is formed.

3. Add the baking powder and wheat flour slowly, stirring constantly until you get a fine and homogeneous paste.

4. Put the vanilla cookie dough in the fridge for 2 hours to harden.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 °C or 350 °F with 10 minutes to go until the cooling time is up.

6. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin until it is the right thickness, 0.5 cm or less.

7. Cut the cookies with a mold, glass or knife depending on the shape and size you want to give it.

8. Grease a baking tray and place the cookies keeping enough distance between them, so that they do not stick when they grow.

9. Put the tray in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

10. Remove the vanilla cookies from the oven and allow them to cool to room temperature.

11. Serve and enjoy.

Melting Moments

Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1/2 cup cornflour (corn starch)
227g (1 cup) softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
1. In a large bowl add butter and icing sugar then beat or mix until it’s light and creamy.

2. Add vanilla then mix .Sift in flour ,cornflour and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

3. Transfer into a piping bag with a star tip . Pipe carefully and neatly on a lined baking tray.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 Degrees Celsius for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and well baked .

If you are using salted butter please don’t add salt.

15 ml heuning
700 ml warm water
1 kg broodmeel
10 g droë gis
10 ml sout
15 ml olie

1. Meng die heuning en 250 ml water.
2. Sif die broodmeel, gis en sout saam.
3. Maak ‘n holte in die middel van die bestanddele en voeg die heuningwater by. Knie deeglik.
4. Voeg die res van die warm water by terwyl geknie word.
5. Voeg die olie by en knie tot elasties.
6. Smeer met olie en laat om te rys. Knie die deeg af.
7. Smeer ‘n swart gietyster pot met olie.
8. Plaas die deeg in die pot en laat rys.
9. Plaas die pot in kole en sorg dat die kole reg om die pot is.
