Job Overview:
JDM Energy Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee solar and electrical installation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities for solar PV and electrical installations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor project progress and report to management
• Ensure quality control and proper installation practices
• Manage materials, tools, and site logistics
Requirements:
• Proven experience in solar and electrical project supervision
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations
• Valid electrician certification or relevant qualifications
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
