There's a lady at home affairs in Lesotho ( Immigration) She said her name is Mme steers. Mme Steers gave me such an awesome service, she was very kind. She was even willing to help me make copies of my passport for the permit application. I stress a lot each time I need to visit home affairs but Mme steers really made my visit a bliss. Thank you Makro Bloemfontein, I bought an Item online and when I opened it it was faulty. I called Makro to report it and Johan Koekemoer ( General manager) took it upon himself to come to my office and exchanged the item. This is what we call good Customer service. Well done Makro Bloemfontein.
