Dit is ook duur, aangesien jy van spesialiste, bv. ‘n geohidroloog en ‘n waterkonsultant, gebruik moet maak om die proses te voltooi. Die doel van ’n lisensie is om seker te maak dat die beoogde gebruik van die boorgatwater volhoubaar is en nie ander gebruikers se water negatief beïnvloed nie.”
