Good Day, Legendary Family.
Today, my wife, Leticia, and I want to take a moment, not as the owners, but as two people who are truly grateful to have each and every one of you standing alongside us on this journey.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU. Thank you for your dedication, your sacrifices, your loyalty, your hard work, and for everything you bring to Legendary Guardians Exclusive Protection. Whether you realise it or not, every single one of you matters. It doesn't matter how big or small your contribution may seem; every effort, every extra mile, every difficult shift, every moment you choose to stand up and do what is right makes a difference.
LGEP is not built by two owners alone. It is built by every person who chooses to stand with us, believe in us, and be part of something bigger than themselves. And for that, we will always be grateful.
We want you to understand something today: we are not perfect. Nobody is. Not you, not us, not anyone. As owners, we are still learning every single day. We make decisions, we face challenges, we make mistakes, and we grow through the lessons life places in front of us. We don't have all the answers, but we know that growth begins when we are humble enough to learn, strong enough to admit when we are wrong, and willing enough to do better tomorrow than we did yesterday.
Behind every uniform is a human being. Behind every smile may be a battle nobody knows about. Behind every quiet moment may be a person carrying burdens they have never spoken about. Some of you may be fighting personal battles, financial struggles, family challenges, disappointment, heartache, or things you simply don't know how to explain to anyone else.
That is why we ask you to BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER.
You never know what someone is going through when they clock in for duty. Sometimes, the person who needs a little encouragement is the very person who always encourages everyone else. Sometimes, a simple kind word, a little understanding, or a genuine act of compassion can make a greater difference than you will ever realise.
Let us never become so caught up in our responsibilities, disagreements, or personal frustrations that we forget the humanity in one another.
Choose honesty, even when the truth is uncomfortable. Choose loyalty, even when nobody is watching. Choose respect, even when you disagree. And choose integrity, even when doing the right thing is the harder option.
Always remember that the truth has a way of coming to light. You may be able to hide something for a moment, but sooner or later, dishonesty catches up with you. Your character is not measured only by what you do when everything is going well; it is measured by the choices you make when things become difficult.
But equally important is how we handle one another. It is not only what we say, but how we say it. It is not only the decisions we make, but how we communicate those decisions. It is not only how we respond when we are happy, but how we conduct ourselves when we are frustrated, disappointed, or under pressure.
We can correct someone without humiliating them. We can disagree without disrespecting one another. We can hold each other accountable without tearing each other down. And we can be firm while still showing compassion.
At LGEP, we will always strive to build a culture where people can learn, grow, be held accountable, and still know that they are valued as human beings. We will not always get everything right, but we must always be willing to listen, learn, improve, and move forward together.

Your presence matters. Your family matters. Your future matters. Your sacrifices matter. And the role you play in this journey matters.

Heavenly Father,
Today, we come before You with grateful hearts. Thank You for the gift of life, for the opportunity to wake up each day, for the people You have placed in our lives, and for the journey You have allowed Legendary Guardians Exclusive Protection to walk.
Lord, today, as the owners of LGEP, we place every member of our team and every one of their families into Your loving hands.
Father, please protect them.
Protect every officer who steps into the unknown to protect someone else's life. Watch over every armed response officer on the road, every tactical unit responding to danger, every guard standing post through the night, every controller watching over our communities, every technical team member working to keep people safe, and every member of our team who puts the needs of others before their own comfort.
When they leave their homes, Lord, please bring them back safely. When they face danger, give them wisdom. When they feel afraid, give them courage. When they feel exhausted, renew their strength. When they feel discouraged, remind them that their lives have purpose and that their sacrifices are not forgotten.
We pray for their wives, husbands, children, parents, and loved ones. Please cover their homes with Your protection, fill their hearts with peace, and give their families the strength to support them through every difficult day. Where there is financial pressure, please provide. Where there is sickness, bring comfort and healing. Where there is conflict, bring understanding. Where there is fear, bring peace. And where there is sadness, remind them that they are never alone.
Lord, bless every member of this team with wisdom, honesty, humility, patience, and integrity. Help us to see one another through eyes of compassion. Teach us to forgive, to communicate with love, to correct with wisdom, and to lead with understanding.
Bless LGEP with unity, growth, favour, opportunities, and success, but never allow success to make us forget where we started or the people who helped us get here.
Protect this business, our clients, our communities, and every person who places their trust in us. Guide us in every decision we make. Give us the wisdom to lead fairly, the courage to stand for what is right, and the humility to acknowledge when we need to change.
May our company be more than a name on a uniform. May it be a place where people find purpose, where families are supported, where character is developed, where lives are protected, and where people know that they are part of something meaningful.
Father, when challenges come, remind us that we are stronger when we stand together. When misunderstandings arise, give us the wisdom to resolve them. When we face setbacks, give us the determination to rise again. And when blessings come our way, teach us to remain grateful and humble.
We ask You to go before every member of our Legendary family. May Your hand be upon them during every shift, every journey, every decision, and every challenge they face.
May no one in our LGEP family ever feel forgotten, may no family go without hope, and may every person find the strength to keep moving forward, even on the days when life feels heavy.
We surrender our business, our people, our families, and our future into Your hands, trusting You to guide us according to Your will.
