Preparations & Hydraulic Pressure Test: Pressure vessel testing is performed to check the integrity of vessels under pressure. In terms of the South African Pressure Equipment Regulations (PER), Pressure vessel testing is required to be performed every three years on any pressure vessel with a working pressure of 50kPa or higher. By ensuring that the pressure vessels comply with SANS347, regular pressure testing ensures a healthier, safer work environment and limits equipment failure under pressure.
