BACKGROUND OF AUDI ALTERAM PARTEM
Audi Alteram Partem is a consulting and management support partnership specializing in personnel matters, personnel training, occupational health and safety as well as risk management which includes internal loss investigations. General recommendations regarding human resource management are also addressed.
Audi Alteram Partem has been in existence since 2014 and has provided services mainly in the education sector, but also in the commercial fields.
The managing partner is Mr. Stoffel Kruger (retired principal) who has a wide spectrum of human resource management experience; among others in the detective/criminal investigation of the SAPS, several years of banking experience as a fraud analyst and debt collector as well as extensive teaching experience of which almost 10 years were as a school principal.
Advocate Elsabé Kruger was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in 2013. She has gained wide experience in the civil, criminal and labour law spheres as well as considerable teaching experience.

First consultation:
The first 45 minutes of this consultation is free. A cost agreement will then be determined before any service is rendered. A record keeping statement will be presented to the customer after the service has been delivered, before an invoice will be issued.
No additional travel costs are charged. Telephone conversations will be conducted at the customer's expense. Emails are free, unless replies are expected, after which the charge will be asked. Electronic conversations via MS Teams/Zoom will also need to be arranged by the customer. No additional administrative costs are charged.
