Hier is die afgelope naweek se “voor” — net voor almal arriveer.

En toe gebeur daar iets besonders.

Nuwe konsultante. Nuwe kliënte. Baie lag. Baie gesels. Baie lekkerte.

Ons het só lekker gekuier dat ek later net wéér besef het: dít is presies hoekom ek steeds so lief is vir wat ek doen - want dit gaan nie net oor produkte nie.

Dit gaan oor hoe mense voel wanneer hulle iets ontdek wat vir hulle werk.
Wanneer hulle bietjie meer versorg voel en meer selfvertroue kry - en ook ‘n bietjie meer soos hul beste self begin voel.

A very warm welcome to our new Managing Director, Ilze du Toit.

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for Annique Rooibos as Ilze officially steps into her role as only the fourth Managing Director in 55 years.

That in itself says so much about the legacy, stability and history of this remarkable company.

On behalf of myself and my team, I would like to wish Ilze every success as she takes the baton forward. We are excited to see the experience, perspective and fresh thinking she will bring to Annique, while building on the strong foundation that has been laid over so many years.

Hier in die tuin kan mens dit al voel — winter is besig om sy houvas te verloor, en lente lê net om die draai.

Ek hou nogal van daardie gedagte.

Nie alles hoef klaar en perfek te wees voordat ’n nuwe seisoen begin nie.
Ons het nog vandag.
Nog een dag om klaar te maak, reg te maak, dankbaar te wees en met hoop vorentoe te kyk.
