ALUMINIUM FABRICATORS / MANUFACTURERS
You know your way around a workshop — cutting, assembling and finishing aluminium windows and doors to a high standard. Experience with systems like Crealco / Wispeco is a strong advantage.
INSTALLERS
Reliable, presentable and meticulous on site. You take pride in a clean, square, properly sealed install — and you treat the customer's home like your own.

✔️ Valid driver's licence an advantage (especially for installers)

WE ARE HIRING - BREDASDORP

Overberg Double Glazing & Aluminium needs help to get through the work for the rest of the year.

We are looking for:

1. Site Supervisor / Installer
Hands-on person needed to supervise and assist with aluminium/glass installations on site, manage small teams, deal with clients/contractors, check measurements and job instructions, and make sure work is completed neatly and on time.

2. Workshop / Production Supervisor
Hands-on supervisor needed to manage daily workshop production, staff, materials, workflow, quality checks and deadlines.

Requirements:
- Previous installation, workshop, production or supervision experience
- Able to read measurements, job cards or drawings
- Reliable, organised and deadline-driven
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Driver's licence preferred
- Aluminium, glass, manufacturing, joinery, steelwork or signage experience will help

Location: Bredasdorp
Employment: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
