Schedule: 2–6 hours daily, divided into morning and evening shifts (2 hours morning, 2 hours evening)
Rate: R50 per hour, paid weekly
Location: Worcester, Western Cape
Self-employed position, commencing as soon as possible.

Medwell is seeking Registered Nurses with experience in the retirement industry, frail care, and dementia care to join our dedicated team at the Mossel Bay Retirement & Lifestyle Village in Mossel Bay.

✨ Main Function:

Co-ordination and management of all healthcare services offered in the frail care and memory care units during your shift.

📍 Location:
Retirement & Lifestyle Village, Mossel Bay

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with experience in the retirement industry and a passion for working with frail persons and individuals living with dementia.
2025 SANC registration
Valid South African driver’s licence and reliable transport
BLS for healthcare providers certified

💡 Competencies:

Strong appreciation for person-centred care
Proven leadership in managing healthcare services and staff in frailcare/memory units
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Able to work within a multi-disciplinary team
Fully computer literate (Outlook, Word & Excel)
