Job Description
Shift Manager/Supervisor:

A vacancy for a Shift Supervisor has become vacant at one of Fidelity Security’s high-risk Sites based within the Vaal area. The main purpose of the position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are always efficiently and professionally met.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate/ Grade 12.
Grade B Psira registration and accreditation.
A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in Security Operations- previous Shift Management experience advantageous.
Must have retail experience
Very analytical individual with excellent problem-solving Skills.
Ability to manage and discipline staff.
Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Strong Operational Planning, Leadership and Organisational Skills as well as good.
Interpersonal Communication and Client Liaison Skills are essential.
Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required.
Willing to work flexi hours.
Own Reliable transport.
Clear criminal record.
Should reside in the Vaal area or willing to relocate at own cost.

Job Specification:

Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client regarding security services rendered.
Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services.
Ensuring continuous assessment of the Client’s premises and minimizing as far as possible risky access and creating several barriers to would be criminals.
Ensuring that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the Client.
General management and supervision of security staff and ensuring that all their queries are dealt with promptly.
Submitting relevant monthly reports to the Client and Management when applicable.

Job Title: Armed Security Es**rt Driver

Location: PHILLIPI, CAPE TOWN

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Es**rt Driver to provide safe transportation and protection for employees, clients, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement and possess all necessary certifications and licenses to carry fi****ms and operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities:

- Safely transport employees, clients, and assets to and from designated locations
- Provide armed security es**rt services to ensure the safety and security of all passengers
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to security and transportation
- Maintain constant communication with security team and clients during transportation
- Handle any security or safety incidents that may arise during transportation

Requirements:

- Valid Psira Grade A-B
- must have firearm competency certificate and firearm business purpose certificate (Handgun, Shotgun and rifle)
- Valid Code 10 driver's license with a clean driving record & PDP
- High school certificate
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in security/driver
- Prior experience as an armed security es**rt driver is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must be physically fit
