We're Hiring!

We're looking for an African-language speaker with 2+ years Customer Service experience, good with MS Office apps, able to provide technical support and with an eye for graphic design.

Starting mid January 2026, the role is Monday - Friday, 8:30-5pm, in Paarden Eiland.

Duties and responsibilities include:
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from clients (funeral companies)
• Make outbound calls to ensure that strong relationships with our client-base is maintained
• Recording activity and loading of information into our ERP/CRM software
• Training clients on how to utilise our automated technology system and CRM system
• Managing and control of orders through to delivery
• Trouble-shooting, hand holding and support
