These bullet hinges are some of the worst worn we've seen.

Both gates were re-hinged with 100mm bullet hinges securely welded with multiple passes of 7018 low hydrogen electrodes.

The 7018 rods have a higher structural strength , flexibility and are an excellent choice for this application.

All welded were cold galvanized and then painted with black NS4.

Centurion Systems D5 Smart sliding gate motor installation for our new client .

The MyCentsys remote app will be linked to the motor to enable our clients to use their cell phones to trigger the gate.

The motor also has an option to allow the owners to give limited access via access sharing .
This allows for a limited or 1 time use which is a great feature if you need to give limited access for contractors or service providers.

Centurion Systems D5 Smart sliding gate motor installed for a new client .

Quick , powerful and loaded with a ton of programmable features.

12 mm solid round bar was securely welded to the existing track to allow the gate to run smoothly.
The roundbar significantly helps especially with a larger gate .
