What does it take for digital transformation to create lasting competitive advantage?
A few weeks ago in Sandton, Nelis Smit, Co-CEO and Head of Digital Transformation Strategy at Both&, joined a Vendor Day hosted by SA , one of our newest clients to explore this question.
In his talk, he shared that transformation isn’t about chasing the latest tech trend or settling for short-term wins. It’s about orchestrating systems, people, and leadership into a cohesive whole, where quick wins build credibility, and long-term integration builds defensibility.
