The client, located in the Kraaifontein Windsor Park area, previously utilized a wellpoint system that became non-operational. A third-party contractor was engaged to replace the original setup; however, the project was left incomplete despite numerous follow-up attempts. Upon conducting an assessment of the site, I noted the removal of the original wellpoint and identified that the pump's propeller had seized. Subsequent inspection of the pump revealed significant water ingress, necessitating a complete system overhaul. Further updates regarding the final resolution will follow.

The client is located in Mitchell's Plain and requested an on-site inspection of their wellpoint system this past Sunday afternoon, as it failed to operate upon activation. Upon arrival, I conducted a full diagnostic assessment. While the capacitor was functional, I observed significant mechanical resistance when attempting to rotate the fan after removing the cover. Following a series of manual adjustments to the fan, the system resumed normal operation, and the client is now fully satisfied with the resolution.

Today, I successfully completed two service calls. The first client, located in Bellville South, required a pump replacement following a previous theft; we installed a new pump with updated fittings, and the client will subsequently secure it with a galvanized cage. The second client, located in Brackenfell, experienced irrigation malfunctions due to an intermittent sprinkler and a leaking ball valve; I replaced both components, and the system is now fully operational.
