We all have different levels of awareness and some may take longer to get to the "CHANGE" state than others.

This year I had to take a deep dive and reflect on what really worked in 2023 and what didnt....and let me tell you there were so many DIDN'T's 😅... but thats part of the growth process, to identify and truly disect oneself... and be willing to rebuild...again, and again.

What a beautiful morning spent at focused on Self Celebration 👏.... with my day one 😁
We rarely take the time out to celebrate the little things we accomplish everyday... Getting in your daily 8 glasses of water, buying yourself flowers for no reason... or starting to enforce a boundary that you've been struggling with.

Whatever it is that makes you feel damn good about yourself, it's worth celebrating!

We all need a good reset. That reset comes in different shapes and sizes for everyone...

For myself, I tend to take a break from social media, certain types of people, the food I consume, the content I watch on television or to de-clutter my space at home. This may take a few days, or sometimes even weeks. But the point is to move forward at all times.

Life gets overwhelming and before you know it you're stuck in a negative loop not taking count of all the blessings and beauty so abundant around us.

This morning I was privileged enough to take some time out to move my body on the beach... It was absolutely amazing and oh so liberating! I had a chance to do this with wonderful like-minded women who are on a similar journey as I am. Starting the movement of mindfulness, gratitude and overall being present and actually enjoy each moment in life.
