⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5 Stars — Thank you, Star Security, for being there when I needed help the most**I cannot thank Star Security enough for what they did for me during one of the most heartbreaking and traumatic days of my life.My elderly dog, Jade, was suffering from repeated seizures, one after another. From shortly after 4 pm on a Friday afternoon until around 7–7:30 pm, I was desperately trying to find someone to help me.Jade was a large dog, and I could not lift her into my car by myself to get her to a veterinary clinic. I was physically trying to keep her safe through the seizures while desperately searching for assistance.I was completely overwhelmed. I could barely use my phone because my hands were occupied trying to help her.My sister started making calls on my behalf, trying to find someone who could come and assist us.**And then she contacted Star Security.**They responded immediately. They even tried calling me, but I was unable to answer because I was still struggling to help Jade.They didn't hesitate. They came to my assistance and helped me get Jade into my car so that I could finally take her to the veterinary clinic.After hours of desperation, frustration and helplessness, these were the people who showed up when I needed someone the most.They may have thought they were simply helping someone get a dog into a car, but to me, it meant so much more than that.They helped me get my beloved Jade the care she desperately needed at the end of her life.**I will never forget their kindness, their willingness to help and the fact that they responded without hesitation.**To the Star Security team who came to my rescue that Friday evening: thank you from the bottom of my heart.You made an unbearable situation a little less lonely, and I will always be grateful.**Five stars are simply not enough.** ❤️
