- Solar Installer
Key Responsibilities: System assembly, electrical wiring, unit mounting, inverter/battery integration, and post-installation system testing.
Requirements: Relevant electrical qualification/certification, proven hands-on experience in residential or commercial solar installations, and strong safety protocol compliance.
- Electrical Assistant
Key Responsibilities: Assisting qualified electricians with conduit routing, cable pulling, basic wiring prep, site cleanup, tool management, and maintaining safety protocols on-site.
Requirements: Basic understanding of electrical tools and safety, relevant technical training or apprenticeship experience, strong eagerness to learn, and a reliable work ethic.
- PV Mounter
Key Responsibilities: Roof structure assessment, mounting rack installation, panel positioning/securing, and ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing.
Requirements: Experience with various roof types (tile, corrugate, clip-lock), physical fitness, ability to work at heights, and familiarity with solar mounting hardware.
- Solar Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities: Client consultation, system size assessment, tailored proposal generation, and closing sales for turnkey energy solutions.
Requirements: Proven track record in technical sales (solar/renewable industry preferred), strong communication skills, self-motivation, and deep knowledge of energy storage systems.
