Today was all about empowering young women to start thinking about their future with intention.

We had the opportunity to present Jobs Connect to a group of Grade 11 and 12 girls, focusing on career pathways, building a strong profile, and understanding what it takes to become employable.

From exploring opportunities in the digital and ICT space to hearing real stories of resilience and growth, the session was about shifting mindsets and building confidence.

We were also inspired by keynote speaker James Vos, whose message reinforced the importance of unlocking opportunity and thinking beyond limitations.

A sincere thank you to the organisers for creating a platform that allows young women to be exposed to real opportunities.

We also recognise our long-standing strategic training partner, I Can Centre, for their continued role in supporting skills development and creating accessible pathways.

Because when young women are given access, guidance, and belief, the possibilities change
