Creating stronger bodies for bigger milestones💪🏻💙

We don’t do “🚽potty training🚽” - we build the foundation!

🐥Core stability ~ sitting upright and stable
🐥Balance ~ safely sitting, standing and transferring
🐥Upperbody ~ maintain on seat with arms and push off
🐥Leg strength- lowering and raising safely
🐥Coordination ~ managing body and clothing together
🐥Motor planning ~ sequences movements

The potty is the goal… BUT movement builds the skills🤸🏼‍♀️😉
