WHAT IS A CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
-other terms: confidential disclosure agreement, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), secrecy agreement or a proprietary information agreement.
It is used in business arrangememnts between two or more organisations to protect trade secrets, proprietary information and general business information. A signatory to a confidentiality agreement cannot disclose information protected by said agreement to a third party.
