I have a fully operational office and with all the years of sourcing reliable, trustworthy maintenance guys, such as electricians, plumbers or air conditioner repairmen to fix office mishaps or basics on a regular basis and I worked with the best and with the worst. I have learned how to identify what is needed and over the years have really built up some wonderful relationships. I know who I can rely on for best quality, service and pricing. Basic – Typing of CV’s, Binding, Shredding, Sourcing and buying of stimulus,
laminating, printing. Secretarial – Diary management, assisting with airport transfers
Office Management – Travel Arrangements, Venue sourcing
Home Management – Basic and Management thereof
Qualitative Support – Transcripts, hostessing and group catering
All rates are dependent on, time required and volume and complexity of task. All
details and parameters to be discussed with clients. Please note that this does not include travel cost and client expenses (Any National or International calls & faxes are charged to client) Adhoc rates and after hours rates will be quoted separately. Tailor made monthly packages – can be designed and costed in consultation with you. My services exists to make your life easier, so if you have a more specific requirement, I will tailor make a package for you based on your unique needs. My absolute discretion is guaranteed with all clients and I assure you that each task
is managed with the utmost attention to detail. A detailed timesheet will be attached with every task and an update will be forwarded on the status of any given task. My fees are based on an hourly rate, charged in 30 minute blocks. You are billed from the start of the task until it is completed. Petrol is charged at the given AA Rate outside certain limits, which will be discussed beforehand. Payment can be made by EFT or Cash.
