The last few weeks I have been thinking about what it means to be a gamechanger. Too often, we think of gamechangers as famous inventors or global icons. But I’ve learned, through my own journey, that being a gamechanger starts with the small, consistent choices we make every day.
When I first began leading teams, I thought success was about big strategies and bold moves. Over time, I realised the real breakthroughs came from something simpler, showing up, being accountable, and committing to the people around me. That mindset changed the way I worked, the way I led, and the way I connected with clients.
