Cindy-Lee made a pivotal career change from Police Officer to Counsellor after she witnessed the trauma suffered by victims of abuse, as well as the devastating psychological effects of crime on communities. Renaissance Counselling Services after she obtained her Doctorate in Ministry (Counseling). She works with individuals, couples and groups. Apart from running her private practice, she has a

passion for working with dis-empowered and marginalized communities. She volunteers at Hope House and teamed up with Butterfly Art Project and various None Profit Organizations. Although she does not label herself as an Artist, she writes creatively, sculpts, and facilitates therapeutic art classes in marginalized communities. Renaissance Counselling Services is registered with Counsel for Counselors in South Africa (SCO 0636) affiliated to ASCHP SAQA ID 984
